Refund & Exchange Policy

 

All Hill Station merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the event that an item is received damaged or defective please contact us as soon as possible by either phone (541-631-8872) or e-mail (info@HillStationAshland.com). We will get back to you within 72 hours and determine whether to refund your account or send you a replacement at no additional charge.

Please hold on to both the affected items and the packaging that they arrived in. You may be asked to hold on to these materials for 7 days in the event that the shipping company chooses to inspect them for claim purposes. If the damage is minor we may also choose to send you a return label via email so that we can repair the product in our warehouse.

Any shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

Hill Station is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. We will accept and process all merchandise returns that are accompanied with an original packing list and arrive in good condition.

Refund process: A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return. All orders are refunded in US dollars. In the event that your original method of payment is no longer functional a credit will be issued to your account for future use.

Exchanges: Before sending your exchange, please identify and provide us with the item number of the product that your purchase is being exchanged for by writing this number on your original packing slip and enclose it in your package.

If you are making an exchange for a different item, you will be charged a new shipping fee to your original method of payment.

Refunds for merchandise purchased over a year ago that are not accompanied by a packing list will be refunded at their current selling price.
